Clear rules for using the current product.
These terms describe the current Voxlumo product and project-intake behavior. Commercial project-specific terms, pricing, deadlines, data requirements or regulated-work obligations should be confirmed separately before work begins.
Authorized recordings only
You may submit or process only recordings and materials you are legally and contractually authorized to use. You remain responsible for obtaining required permissions from participants, clients, rights holders or other relevant parties.
Review before relying on output
Transcription, speaker labeling, translation, summaries, action items and other AI-assisted outputs can contain errors. Review important names, numbers, speaker identity, legal meaning and final client deliverables before relying on or distributing them.
Long recordings and speaker continuity
Large recordings may be processed in separate sections. Speaker labels should be reviewed across those sections because identical labels do not guarantee a globally verified speaker identity throughout a very long file.
Done-for-you requests
Preparing a project request does not by itself create a binding commercial agreement, accepted deadline or guaranteed delivery. A service project should be considered accepted only after its scope and applicable commercial terms are confirmed.
Regulated and high-stakes work
Medical, legal, government, highly confidential and other regulated work may require specific security, retention, hosting, contractual and review controls. Voxlumo does not represent the public product as approved for those uses unless the required controls are separately established.
Service availability
The current product is under active development. Features, file limits and workflows may change as reliability and customer delivery improve. No uptime, SLA or enterprise support commitment is implied unless separately agreed.
