What Voxlumo handles, and what it does not.
This page describes the current product behavior in plain language. It is not a claim of a certification, regulated-data approval, or enterprise privacy program that has not been implemented.
Information you enter
Voxlumo may ask for a name, business email, project name, audio language and the recording you choose to process. The self-service workspace sends the selected recording to the transcription workflow only after you submit the form and confirm that you are authorized to process it.
AI processing
Recordings and transcript text used for transcription, summaries, translation, questions or meeting analysis may be sent to the configured AI provider required to perform that feature. Provider-side processing and retention depend on the provider configuration and terms applicable to the deployment.
Browser-local projects
When you choose Save locally in the Workspace, project text and related metadata are stored in this browser on this device. Clearing browser storage or deleting local projects removes those local copies. Voxlumo does not present browser-local storage as a cloud backup.
Done-for-you project intake
The current done-for-you intake can validate a selected recording and prepare the request in the browser, but it does not yet upload that recording to Voxlumo. Secure service-file storage will not be represented as active until it is actually connected and reviewed.
Sensitive or regulated material
Do not assume the public product is suitable for medical, legal, government, highly confidential or otherwise regulated recordings. Required hosting region, retention, DPA, subprocessor, access-control and contractual requirements should be confirmed before such work is accepted.
Current limitation
Voxlumo does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, government-cloud or equivalent regulated-compliance status. See the Security page for the current technical scope.
