First customer path
From recording to a reviewable transcript.
Start small, keep the project clear, and keep the Voxlumo reference with your recording. Payment and persistent customer storage are not activated on this page.
STEP 2
Send the project brief
For managed service, submit the recording details, language, deliverables and authorization. You receive a Voxlumo reference immediately.
STEP 3
Transfer the recording safely
The request form does not upload the recording. Keep your reference and use the agreed secure transfer method for the actual media file.
STEP 4
Review and deliver
Transcription stays the core deliverable. Speaker labels, timestamps, subtitles, summary, translation and meeting intelligence can be added when needed.
First-project success check
A successful first project has a valid customer reference, an authorized recording, a clear language and requested outputs, an agreed recording-transfer method, and a reviewable transcript that can be exported or handed off.
